CONNECTING BAR

The rails are very high. For easy ship it into container and easy to install it in narrow space. We should make the rails into many parts. Then connected them by strength bar and bolts.

DOUBLE CHAIN AND DOUBLE WIRE ROPE

The chain and wire rope are all double line for safety. The chain is fixed by high quality bolts and the wire rope is fixed by many fasteners. Normally only chain take effect, the wire rope only empty move according to chain expect the chain is broken. So there are double safety, very strength

UPWARD VIEW

The rails should fixed with at least one wall to stand. You can look at the connect method of chain and wire rope.

VERTICAL VIEW

You can look at the big platform and 4 rails. We will install it try our best. Then you can learn and install it easily. And we also supply install guide.

TOP FLOOR

This is top floor. The height of top floor should more than 2m height to install the rails and standard system. We also can supply guardrail to cover the top well to protect person and cargo fall down.

Safety

Limite Switch	There are two limite switch in each stop points. It can make the lift stop at right height.
Explosion-proof Valves	Prevent the hydraulic oil leak out if hydraulic pipe broken. To make the lift platform stop at that height and can't fall down quickly.
Spillover Valve	It can prevent high pressure when the machine moves up. Adjust the pressure
E-down Valve	It can go down the elevator when power off
Double chain and wire rope It is very	High strength plate chain and wire rope ensure the elevator working smoothly
Anti-falling	Prevent platform from unexpected falling if any accident happen
